Mental Health Drop-In
Our Mental Health Drop-In runs every Friday from 10am-12pm in our café.
This is a safe and friendly environment for anyone to pop in and talk about their issues with their mental health, or just have a coffee. It is welcome to people who aren’t service users, or want to get to know our Mental Health Team before signing-up for our Mental Health Support.
Whether you want to talk or just have company when you’re feeling low, please don’t suffer alone and come in to our Mental Health Drop-In.

How do we support your mental health?
We have specially trained support staff to support with 1-1 mental health sessions. You will be able to see the same person each week at a pre-arranged time that is suitable for you. We can be flexible around childcare, work or any other commitments you might have.
The aim of our mental health support is to help you make changes to be able to manage and improve your mental health. We can explore your personal difficulties and worries, help you to understand your triggers and then techniques to learn how to manage them. Our support will provide you with the confidence to be able to manage your mental health, and achieve more sustainable independence.
If you have to wait to get a 1-1 appointment we will always recommend you attend one of our other groups or support services whilst you wait. Our Therapeutic Art, or Culture Cafe are great places to take some time out of your day and, if you want to, chat to other people. Our centre is friendly and welcoming with no judgement or pressure from staff or other people accessing our services.

Our mental health work is supported by Broadhurst.
