Looking for a welcoming, affordable space

for your next meeting, group workshop, or a therapy room?

 

Whatever your needs for weekday room hire,

such as planning a small community gathering,

a workshop, an organisation / business meeting,

our flexible spaces can be adapted to suit your needs.

 

Our hire options vary from small meeting rooms for therapy sessions,

to our large group space, as well as our Catering Kitchen.

 

Our room hire starts from a competitive £12 per hour.

Fees

By partnering with us for your event, you can benefit from:

 

  • Receptionist

  • CCTV and intercom

  • Lift access

  • Kitchen facilities available for hire

  • Multiple room layouts

  • Pre-order drinks from our Barista café, from only £1 a coffee

  • The Blossom Room - £12 an hour. The Blossom Room is comfortable for small meetings of 2-3 people.

  • The Kitchen - £25.00 an hour – with a minimum hire of 4 hours and maximum hire of 6 hours with the earliest start time of 9.30am.

  • The Group Room - £20.00 an hour.

An invoice will be sent out prior to room hire - 50% to be paid in advance of booking.
Special offer for charities - we offer a 10% reduction on our room hire prices for other charities.
